First you need to install ADW-LAUNCHER, now go to menu->ADW Setting->Theme Preference-> select "Crystal Blackball HD and apply amazing theme.
To customize your drawer, tap the icon of drawer, now select Edit->click on on the ADW-Theme icon packs->Crystal Blackball HD-> and choose icon.
